These are my must-have tools that I use to run my business on a daily basis
Canva
Canva is an amazingly versatile tool for creating graphics and video for all possible online platforms and printed products. It's extremely easy to use and there is a free plan!
Wave Video
Wave Video is the easiest to use video editor for desktop that I've tried. It makes editing & subtitling client videos a breeze, with it's extensive template library and an awesome collection of stock video.
Inshot
I love using Inshot for quick Tiktok and Reels. It's super easy to edit video and add great-looking transitions to clips. You can also edit your photos, add stickers and create collages.
Metricool
Metricool is an amazing value for money scheduler, especially if you handle a lot of brands. It's easy to use, you can schedule to all major platforms, and it has comprehensive reporting.
Flick
Flick saves me so much time researching hashtags for my clients. It's so easy to create unique sets of hashtags for each post in just a couple of clicks.
Social Status
Social Status is my favourite reporting tool, the detail of the reports is amazing and my cients love them. I set my reports to auto and they are emailed to me each month, and I can access historical data as well.
Business & Productivity Tools
These tools save me A LOT of time and allow me to keep my business organised and running smoothly with minimum effort.
Trello
I use Trello with clients for sharing ideas, planning content and post approvals. It's so simple to use and easy to keep content organised. My clients really appreciate having everything all in one place on their Trello board.
TidyCal
I LOVE TidyCal. Having an online diary is so important to make it easy for clients to book appointments with me. TidyCal is so easy to use, you can create paid-for events and it only has a low one-time payment.
Dubsado
Dubsado has revolutionised my client processes. Proposals, onboarding and invoicing have all become much quicker and easier since I started using Dubsado.
Xero
Xero has been helping me to keep my accounts in order for the past 3 years. You can invoice directly from Xero and balance your accounts – or if you use Dubsado like me, you can sync your invoices directly as well.
Creative Market
Creative Market is my go-to when I'm looking for new templates or design assests. I've purchased social media templates, fonts, graphic elements and onboarding templates from Creative Market. It's a huge time-saver for my business and I love how every week there is a selection of free goodies to download.
Thrivecart
Thrivecart is a powerful all-in-one payment processor and sales page creator. I use this for one-off payments for consultancy and events, it's very easy to use and saves me lots of time and faff.
Ivory Mix
Ivory Mix is a fantastic stock photo & social media template subscription. I use these resources extensively for my clients and there is a new drop every 2 weeks. I am a VIP member which also includes training, caption templates & Reel ideas.
Grammarly
Grammarly is an extension for your desktop or mobile that will correct your typos and any grammar errors. One of the features I love about the paid version is that you can edit and improve blog posts and articles with their suggetions, making them much easier to read. 10/10 recommend.
Email Marketing Membership
If you struggle to write regular emails to your list, you'll love Liz Wilcox's email templates. There is a new email tempate each week along with other email campaign templates. 100% time-saver and a such an amazing low price!
Mailerlite
I use Mailerlite to send emails to my list. I love how easy and intuitive it is to use. You can create beautiful looking emails and I no longer tie myself up in knots with my lists since I switched to Mailerlite.
Tasty Pins
Tasty Pins is a plug-in for your website which will optimise your images for Pinterest. You can set your pin descriptions, hide images you don't want people to pin, and install a pin-it-now hover button. It makes your website much more Pinterest friendly.
Pretty Links
There is so much to love about Pretty Links! This is a WordPress plugin that allows you to brand and odd looking links you have. Perfect for sharing affiliate links and any other trackable links from 3rd parties.
