Canva is an amazingly versatile tool for creating graphics and video for all possible online platforms and printed products. It's extremely easy to use and there is a free plan! An essential Social Media Manager tool.
Wave Video
Wave Video is the easiest to use video editor for desktop that I've tried. It makes editing & subtitling client videos a breeze, with it's extensive template library and an incredible collection of stock videos.
Inshot
I love using Inshot for quick Tiktok and Reels. It's super easy to edit video and add great-looking transitions to clips. You can also edit your photos, add stickers and create collages.
Creative Market
Creative Market is my go-to when I'm looking for new templates or design assests. I've purchased social media templates, fonts, graphic elements and onboarding templates from Creative Market. It's a huge time-saver for my business and I love how there is a selection of free goodies to download weekly.
Ivory Mix
Ivory Mix is a fantastic stock photo & social media template subscription. I use these resources extensively for my clients and there is a new drop every 2 weeks. I am a VIP member, including training, caption templates & Reel ideas.
Mailerlite
I use Mailerlite to send emails to my list. I love how easy and intuitive it is to use. You can create beautiful-looking emails, and I no longer tie myself up in knots with my lists since I switched to Mailerlite.

Email Marketing Membership
If you struggle to write regular emails to your list, you'll love Liz Wilcox's email templates. There is a new email tempate each week along with other email campaign templates. 100% time-saver and such a fantastic low price!
Convertbox
ConvertBox is an app that manages the pop-ups and banners for your website. I love ConvertBox because you can set more sophisticated targeting for your pop-ups that isn't spammy or annoying. I use ConvertBox to help me grow my email list, sell my products and encourage people to sign up for events.
Tasty Pins
Tasty Pins is a plug-in for your website to optimise your images for Pinterest. You can set your pin descriptions, hide images you don't want people to pin, and install a pin-it-now hover button. It makes your website much more Pinterest-friendly.
Chatra
Chatra is a direct messaging app you can install on your website. It allows visitors to message you with questions, you can set up chatbot sequences and (my favourite thing) is you can track visitors in real time and see which pages they are on (and start a chat with them if you wish!). Since installing Chatra, I've helped new clients with purchase problems, captured new leads and discovery calls.
